Africa Day Every Day is a contemporary Pan-African platform that promotes and celebrates African culture and identity as a state of mind and a way of life. Our goal is to foster a deeper appreciation of Africa’s diverse cultures, traditions, languages, and heritage by providing a space for individuals to engage, learn, and share in the richness of African history and contemporary life.

Inspired by the heart of Kwame Nkrumah and the minds of Nyerere, Sankara, Mandela, and other revolutionary stalwarts, we seek and create strategic partnerships that produce long-term sustainable opportunities for Africa and its global diaspora. We work with others to decolonise minds and spaces through creativity, collaboration, education, and commerce.

We feel duty-bound to lead in Building Our Ideal Africa. All who share our passion are welcome, but we insist on equity, love, and respect. Our commitment to driving authentic narratives about, and from Africa compels us to showcase its cultural richness while remaining incorruptible custodians, steadfast in safeguarding its rich heritage for generations to come.

DECOLONISING MINDS & SPACES

It all begins in the mind, with an IDEA. 32 African heads of states gathered in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on 25 May 1963 with a singular goal to bring African nations together to resolve issues facing the continent at the time. The Organisation of African Unity (OAU) was formed, later the African Union (AU) in 2002. Today, ADED stands as advocate of a contemporary pan-African mindstate, where consciousness about African identity and heritage is both a mentality and a way of life. We draw from the past to chart an onward path toward unity and collaboration between Africa and its global diaspora.
